1. Осуществляет своевременный прием и проверку первичных учетных документов на соответствие требованиям, установленным законодательством Российской Федерации по бухгалтерскому учету. 2. Проверяет электронные документы по учету фактов хозяйственной жизни, учету объектов имущественной казны, нефинансовых активов на балансовых счетах и имущества на забалансовых счетахв УАИС Бюджетный учет на соответствие прикрепленным сканированным копиям первичного учетного документа. 3. Выполняет своевременное, полное и достоверное отражение в регистрах бухгалтерского учета расчетов по доходам, расчетов по ущербу и иным доходам, прочих расчетов с дебиторами, в том числе учитываемых на забалансовых счетах, в том числе фактов хозяйственной жизни, с группировкой по счетам в соответствии с рабочим планом счетов. 4. Формирует и направляет извещения по операциям приемки-передачи имущества, активов и обязательств. 5. Формирует бухгалтерские справки ф. 0504833. 6. Участвует в подготовке актов сверки с контрагентами (по запросу субъекта централизованного учета). 7. Проводит сверку оборотов и остатков по регистрам аналитического учета с оборотами и остатками по регистрам синтетического учета. 8. Составляет инвентаризационные описи на основании распоряжения о проведении инвентаризации. 9. Формирует бухгалтерские справки. 10. Отражает результаты инвентаризации в бюджетном учете.

Знание: законодательных актов, приказов, методических и нормативных материалов по ведению бухгалтерского учета, финансовых и нефинансовых активов, обязательств, имущества на забалансовых счетах и составлению отчетности; законодательных актов, постановлений, распоряжений, приказов, методических, иных нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующие ведение бюджетного и налогового учета; плана счетов, документооборота по участкам бухгалтерского учета и порядка отражения хозяйственных операций; внутренних организационно-распорядительных документов субъекта централизованного учета, регламентирующих порядок составления, хранения первичных учетных документов; организации и осуществления внутреннего контроля; Знание и умение работать в 1С, УАИС Бюджетный учет, СЭДО, Word, Excel.
