The posting

Отвечает за своевременную передачу и формирование форм отчетности установленного образца в установленные сроки. Отвечает за качественное и своевременное выполнение поручений, заданий и указаний начальника Отделения, начальника Отдела, заместителя начальника службы. За подготовку письменных ответов на обращения федеральных и муниципальных органов власти, органов военного управления, надзорных органов, предложений, заявлений и жалоб по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции Отделения и Работника. Осуществляет сбор и анализ информации по технической паспортизации объектов теплового хозяйства (далее ТХ). Анализ информации по подготовке объектов ТХ, к зимнему периоду эксплуатации и формирование сводных отчетов. Сбор и анализ сведений по техническому обслуживанию объектов ТХ. Подготовка документов по получению Актов и паспортов готовности объектов ТХ, к зимнему периоду эксплуатации. Подготовка Планов подготовки к зимнему периоду эксплуатации, Планов текущих ремонтов объектов ТХ. Сбор и анализ выполнения Планов подготовки к зимнему периоду эксплуатации, Планов текущих ремонтов объектов ТХ, формирование сводных докладов по их исполнению. Участвует в разработке регламентирующих документов ЖКС в области эксплуатации объектов теплоснабжения. Подготавливает технические условия на присоединение к сетям теплоснабжения. Отвечает за формирование различных форм отчетности установленного образца в установленные сроки. Отвечает за качественное и своевременное выполнение в Отделении запланированных мероприятий, а также исполнение приказов, указаний и распоряжений руководства ЖКС. Отвечает за достоверность предоставлений сведений в отчетных документах, докладах, справках.
