Получение информации от получателей социальных услуг (их родственников / законных представителей); Размещение и перемещение получателей социальных услуг в постели; Санитарная обработка, гигиенический уход за тяжелобольными получателями социальных услуг (умывание, обтирание кожных покровов, полоскание полости рта);Кормление получателей социальных услуг с недостаточностью самостоятельного ухода; Получение комплектов чистого нательного белья, одежды и обуви; Смена нательного и постельного белья; Транспортировка и сопровождение получателей социальных услуг; Помощь медицинской сестре в проведении простых диагностических исследований: измерение температуры тела, частоты пульса, артериального давления, частоты дыхательных движений; Наблюдение за функциональным состоянием получателей социальных услуг; Проводит простые медицинские манипуляции (постановка банок, горчичников, компрессов, измерение температуры тела, частоту пульса, артериальное давление, частоту дыхательных движений, измерение антропометрические показатели (рост, масса тела)); Помогает медицинской сестре в проведении сложных и комплексных медицинских манипуляций (промывание желудка, постановка клизмы, обработка пролежней), а также осуществляет постоянный надзор за получателями социальных услуг при проведении физиопроцедур и массажа; Следит за внешним видом и санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием белья и одежды: своевременно производит смену постельного и нательного белья получателей социальных услуг; по указанию врачебного персонала, дежурной медицинской сестры раздевает и одевает получателей социальных услуг, не способных сделать это самостоятельно с учетом требований безопасности; Принимает участие в кормлении получателей социальных услуг, кормит сама получателей социальных услуг, не способных делать это самостоятельно, помогает в приеме пищи получателям социальных услуг, нуждающимся в помощи. Непосредственно обеспечивает безопасность процесса приема пищи получателями социальных услуг отделения, не покидает столовую до завершения принятия пищи; При проведении санитарно-гигиенических процедур получателям социальных услуг оказывает помощь санитарке (мойщице); По указанию дежурной медицинской сестры психоневрологического отделения сопровождает получателей социальных услуг в лечебно - диагностические кабинеты Учреждения; Обеспечивает содержание чистоты в палатах, коридорах, и находящихся в них шкафов, тумбочек, кроватей, личных вещей получателей социальных услуг и др.; Получает у сестры - хозяйки и обеспечивает правильное и безопасное хранение и использование белья для получателей социальных услуг, хозяйственного инвентаря, моющих средств; Незамедлительно сообщает сестре-хозяйке, ответственной дежурной медицинской сестре по корпусу о замеченных неисправностях в системе водоснабжения, отопления, канализации и электроприборах;
