Вести бухгалтерский учёт по закреплённым участкам (в соответствии с распределением обязанностей в секторе): - отражать хозяйственные операции на счетах бухгалтерского учёта; - оформлять и проверять первичные учётные документы; - контролировать соответствие документов законодательству и внутренним регламентам. 2.2. Осуществлять: - отражение в учете расчетов по социальным пособиям; - учет кассовых расходов и выполнения бюджетных ассигнований и лимитов; - отражение в учете расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками и прочим обязательствам учреждения; 2.3. Формировать и представлять отчётность: - бухгалтерскую бюджетную отчётность в установленные сроки; - статистическую отчётность по утвержденным формам; - прочие аналитические материалы и отчеты для руководства и главного распорядителя средств. 2.4. Обеспечивать: - своевременное и полное отражение операций в учётных регистрах; - соблюдение кассовой и финансовой дисциплины; - сохранность бухгалтерских документов и их архивное хранение. 2.5. Участвовать в: - проведении инвентаризаций активов и обязательств; - подготовке бюджетной сметы и внесении изменений в бюджетные назначения; - анализе финансово‑экономического состояния учреждения; - внутреннем финансовом контроле и аудите. 2.6. Выполнять: - подготовку и подачу заявок на финансирование расходов учреждения; - ведение кассы и кассовых документов; - ведение авансовых отчетов; - ведение путевых листов; - поручения заведующего сектором бухгалтерского учета и отчетности по вопросам учета и отчетности; - сверку расчётов с контрагентами по социальным выплатам и пособиям. 2.7. Взаимодействовать с: - налоговыми органами, государственными внебюджетными фондами, казначейством; - аудиторскими и контрольно‑ревизионными службами; - банками и кредитными организациями; - подразделениями учреждения по вопросам учёта и отчётности. 2.8. Соблюдать: - требования по защите персональных данных; - правила документооборота и архивного дела; - антикоррупционное законодательство в финансовой сфере. 2.9. Осваивать и применять: - современные программные продукты для автоматизации бухгалтерского учёта; - электронные сервисы для сдачи отчётности и взаимодействия с контролирующими органами.

Знание: - Федерального закона от 06.12.2011 № 402‑ФЗ О бухгалтерском учёте; - Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации; - Бюджетного кодекса Российской Федерации; - федеральных стандартов бухгалтерского учёта; - порядка составления и представления бухгалтерской, налоговой и статистической отчётности; - правил работы с бухгалтерскими информационными системами (1С:Бухгалтерия госучреждений); - нормативных актов в сфере социальной защиты населения.
