Планировать, осуществлять и координировать все виды деятельности филиала. Организовать выполнение возложенных на филиал задач. Руководить производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью. Обеспечивать контроль за исполнением планов, программ, культурно-досуговых мероприятий, организационно-массовой и организационно-методической работы учреждения, его клубных формирований, способствует созданию необходимых условий для развития народного творчества, культурно-досуговой деятельности в соответствии с потребностями населения. Составлять текущие и перспективные планы творческой, культурно-массовой и методической работы филиала (на месяц, год), представлять их на утверждение главе сельского совета и директору МБУК Ирбейский РДК . Организовать работу и эффективное взаимодействие всех работников филиала по реализации планов работы. Реализовывать качественное проведение мероприятий в соответствии с планом работы, а также проводить внеплановые мероприятия, конкурсы, акции, юбилейные даты, концерты и другие массовые мероприятия. Организовывать работу клубных формирований, студий, кружков художественной самодеятельности, выступление артистов. Отдавать в пределах своей компетенции распоряжения и контролировать их выполнение. Организовать учет и составление установленной отчетности. Составлять и сдавать квартальный и годовой отчёты в методический отдел МБУК "Ирбейский РДК". Формировать график отпусков, режим работы, согласовывать с главой сельского совета и утверждать директором МБУК Ирбейский РДК . Вести журнал учёта массовых мероприятий. Вести журнал учёта клубного формирования. Своевременно производить отметки в журнале на каждом занятии.
