Контроль качества сметной документации к договорам подряда на капитальное строительство, техническое перевооружение и реконструкцию; Согласование и защита сметной документации по капитальному строительству, реконструкции объектов, ремонтным и строительно-монтажным работам; Учет и анализ выполненных строительно-монтажных работ по генподрядным и субподрядным договорам, куратором по которым является Управление; Обеспечение контроля и принятие решений при проверке сметной документации субподрядных организаций; Составление локальных сметных расчетов по техническим решениям, дополнительные сметы на ремонтные работы, не предусмотренные утвержденными сметами; Ведение накопительного учета объемов выполненных работ по субподрядным организациям, проверка и регистрация актов выполненных работ по форме КС-2. Анализ и обобщение результатов, предоставление сведений в рамках отчетности; Оформление актов выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и справок о стоимости выполненных работ по форме КС-3 с приложением реестров; Проверка и согласование актов выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и справок о стоимости выполненных работ по форме КС-3 с приложением реестров по договорам субподряда, куратором которых является Управление; Осуществление контроля за правильностью применения сметных расценок и коэффициентов; Работа в корпоративной учетной системе SAP ERP в разрезе внесения данных по актам КС-2.

Опытный пользователь ПК, работа в ГрандСмете, составление смет на СМР, ПНР, ремонтные работы, ремонт энергетического оборудования, работа с КС-2,КС-3, подготовка закупочной документации в части сметных разделов; Оперативность, ответственность за принимаемые решения, опыт работы не менее трех лет, профильное образование.
