- ведет учет внебюджетных средств, поступление доходов и исполнение сметы расходов по внебюджетным средствам; - ведет учет средств областного и федерального бюджетов, поступление доходов и исполнение сметы расходов средств областного и федерального бюджетов; - выставляет задачи Межведомственному центру учета на формирование платежных поручения на перечисление социальных выплат из средств областного и федерального бюджетов, услуг по их доставке в организации; - отправляет электронные формы платёжных поручений и документов, на основании которых средства федерального бюджета и средства поступающими во временное распоряжение перечисляются в организации; принимает банковские выписки и другую документацию о поступлении и расходовании средств через автоматизированную систему электронного документооборота Федерального казначейства (СЭДФК) - отражает в первичных документах движение денежных средств по видам выплат пособий и ЕДВ; - осуществляет взаиморасчеты с организациями по выплате ЕДВ, пособий и прочих социальных выплат, контроль правильности и своевременности платежей; ведение бухгалтерского учета по всем видам взаиморасчетов с организациями по социальным выплатам; - ведёт бухгалтерский учет по расчетам за оказанные услуги; - отправляет электронные реестры по социальным выплатам из средств областного и федерального бюджетов, внебюджетных средств и средств во временном распоряжении по системе дистанционного банковского обслуживания; - работает в программном комплексе Свод-Смарт: формирует баланс и оперативные сводные отчеты о доходах и расходах средств, проверяет их и выгружает в Центр учета; - загружает и отправляет платежные поручения, договора и формирует бюджетные обязательства в программном комплексе Бюджет-Web; - иная работа по направлению деятельности

Знание 1С:Бухгалтерия Умение работать с оргтехникой, владеть современными технологиями работы с информацией, базами данных и иными информационными системами: программы-Word, Excel, почтовые и информационно-поисковые системы и пр., поиском нормативно-справочной информации: Консультант Плюс, Гарант, работой с электронной почтой, использовать в работе специальное программное обеспечение. Знание правил организации документооборота и работы со служебной информацией. Умение организовать деятельность по оказанию мер социальной поддержки отдельным категориям граждан. Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости
