Что нужно делать: обслуживать и сопровождать закреплённых клиентов по направлениям Investment Portfolio и Daily Banking проводить встречи, презентации, сопровождать сделки, управлять портфелем выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами и отслеживать ключевые события в их договорах взаимодействовать с Финансовыми советниками и Операционными менеджерами проводить выезды, готовить документы, вести документальную базу обеспечивать сервис премиального уровня, включая сопровождение обращений и взаимодействие с комплаенс. Мы ждём, что ты: специалист с высшим образованием по направлению финансы, экономика или банки умеешь вести клиента от первого контакта до пост-продажного сопровождения обладаешь опытом работы с банковскими продуктами и сервисами готов к высокой степени ответственности и точности умеешь выстраивать доверительные отношения и действовать проактивно хочешь развиваться в премиальном обслуживании и влияешь на лояльность клиентов имеешь базовые знания работы с искусственным интеллектом (например, Гигачат).
