Разработка, планирование показателей и анализ деятельности работников структурного подразделения медицинской организации. 3. Совершенствование форм и методов работы, планирование и прогнозирование деятельности структурного подразделения, расстановку кадров на рабочих местах и их использование в соответствии с квалификацией, формирование нормативной и методической базы. 4. Организация мероприятий по обеспечению внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности в структурном подразделении медицинской организации 5. Организация документооборота в структурном подразделении медицинской организации 6. Разработка проектов локальных актов медицинской организации 7. Контроль состояния ресурсного обеспечения деятельности структурного подразделения медицинской организации 8. Обеспечение соблюдения требований к эксплуатации медицинских изделий в структурном подразделении медицинской организации 9. Координация деятельности структурного подразделения с другими структурными подразделениями медицинской организации, обеспечение взаимосвязи в работе. 10. Формирование отчетов о деятельности структурного подразделения медицинской организации 11. Распределяет больных между врачами отделения, сам ведет определенное количество больных.
