Председатель организует работу комитета по строительству, архитектуре и ЖКХ, распределяет обязанности между сотрудниками. Планирование. Он формирует планы работы комитета, определяет приоритеты и контролирует выполнение задач. Кадровое управление. Председатель вносит предложения о назначении на должность и освобождении от неё, о применении мер поощрения или дисциплинарных взысканий. Он также согласовывает должностные инструкции и положения о комитете. Представление интересов. Он действует от имени комитета: подписывает документы, представляет его на заседаниях, совещаниях, в судебных и правоохранительных органах по вопросам компетенции. Взаимодействие. Председатель координирует работу комитета с другими структурными подразделениями администрации, органами государственного надзора, общественными организациями. Функции в сфере строительства и градостроительства Реализация государственной и муниципальной политики. Председатель обеспечивает проведение политики в сфере строительства на территории района. Организация работ. Он курирует проектирование, строительство, реконструкцию, капитальный ремонт объектов, в том числе муниципальной собственности. Выдача разрешительной документации.
