Продавать продукцию направления РТИ и РВД: развивать продажи рукавов, гидравлики и прочих комплектующих. Работать с имеющейся «теплой» базой клиентов компании (поддержание отношений, увеличение объемов закупок, расширение товарной матрицы). Активно привлекать новых крупных клиентов в B2B-сегменте (нефтесервисные компании, заводы, промышленные предприятия, строительные организации). Проводить телефонные звонки, обрабатывать поступающие запросы по электронной почте. Проводить выездные встречи на объектах клиентов, общаться на любом уровне — от главных механиков до директоров. Помогать в правильном подборе РВД и РТИ по каталогам или образцам (техническое консультирование клиентов). Вести переговоры, согласовывать коммерческие предложения и заключать договоры. Контролировать сроки поставок, оплаты и управлять дебиторской задолженностью. Вести отчетность в программе 1С.

Обязателен опыт работы в продажах запчастей, РТИ, РВД, гидравлики или сопутствующего технического оборудования. Опыт работы в активных B2B-продажах или торговым представителем. Отличное знание устройства спецтехники, грузовых автомобилей и понимание ассортимента направления РТИ/РВД. Знание технологии и умение самостоятельно жать (опрессовывать) рукава высокого давления будет вашим большим преимуществом. Понимать, как устроен этот процесс. Развитые коммуникативные навыки: умение аргументированно разговаривать, слушать, убеждать и уверенно совершать звонки клиентам. Готовность к выездам и командировкам. Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание программы 1С (желательно).

Компания ООО "Маренс Машинери" — поставщик комплектующих, расходных материалов и гидравлических решений для коммерческой техники. Мы имеем собственный сервис РВД и являемся надежным партнером для предприятий региона. Ищем опытного специалиста в активных B2B-продажах, который умеет самостоятельно привлекать корпоративных клиентов и развивать продажи в регионе. Нам интересны кандидаты с опытом продаж запчастей для спецтехники, гидравлики, промышленного оборудования и технических комплектующих. Условия: Высокий и стабильный доход: от 120 000 до 200 000 руб. на руки (прозрачная система: фиксированный оклад + % от продаж, выплаты строго 2 раза в месяц без задержек). Рост зарплаты полностью пропорционален вашей эффективности. Официальное оформление в 1-й рабочий день согласно ТК РФ. График работы: 5/2 с 08:00 до 18:00. Формат работы: Гибридный (выезды, встречи, презентации на территории клиентов) с работой в офисе в Тюмени (ул. Республики, 256 к5). Краткосрочные командировки по региону работы Наличие парковки для сотрудников компании. Дружный, молодой коллектив и рабочая атмосфера с минимумом формализма. Реальные перспективы карьерного роста до руководителя отдела или директора филиала.
