Подготовка к производству видов строительных работ. Операционный контроль качества производства вида строительных работ. Ведение исполнительной и учетной документации в процессе подготовки производства вида строительных работ.

Возраст от 18 лет. Определять порядок выполнения и рассчитывать объемы подготовительных работ на участке производства вида строительных работ.Вести документооборот по выполненным работам (акты выполненных работ, переклички и т.д.)Разрабатывать планы подготовительных работ на участке производства вида строительных работ.Обеспечить соблюдение трудовой дисциплины работниками, включенными в наряд-допуск, и/или отдельных работников объекта, контролировать их местонахождение.Проверять наличие и эксплуатационные характеристики коллективных и индивидуальных средств защиты работников от вредных и опасных факторов производства вида строительных работ.Оформлять наряд-допуск на строительные работы.Оформлять исполнительную и учетную документацию по подготовке участка производства вида строительных работ.Осуществлять организацию и контроль выполнения такелажных и стропальных работ проводить проверку знаний и навыков персонала осуществляющего стропальные работы в части:- строповка и увязка грузов;- осмотр грузозахватных приспособлений и тары перед применением, проверка исправности съемных грузозахватных приспособлений и тары, наличия на них бирок, клейм, маркировки;- ознакомление со схемами строповки, технологическими картами или проектом производства работ;- обмен сигналами с Машинистом (оператором) крана манипулятора при производстве работ грузоподъемным краном;- сопровождение груза во время перемещения;- осуществление расстроповки и раскрепления груза.Проверять наличие и эксплуатационные характеристики коллективных и индивидуальных средств защиты работников от вредных и опасных факторов производства вида строительных работ.Разрабатывать планы подготовительных работ на участке производства вида строительных работ.Организовывать работу по выполнению/соблюдению работниками, включенными в наряд-допуск, требований пожарной безопасности, установленных нормативными правовыми и локальными нормативными актами. Опыт работы от 3 лет
