Лаборант химического анализа 2-го разряда цеха № 306 обязан выполнять следующие виды работ: 1. Вести запись в журналах лабораторно-производственного контроля за качеством обезвреживаемой воды. 2. Проверять наличие и исправность лабораторного оборудования, наличие посуды и реагентов для проведения химических анализов. 3. Своевременно и качественно вести отбор проб сточной воды и реагентов для проведения анализов. 4. Своевременно готовить реагенты для обезвреживания сточных вод гальванического производства. 5. Осуществлять текущий физико-химический контроль за качеством обрабатываемой воды. 6. Совместно с аппаратчиком очистки сточных вод вести контроль за правильным дозированием реагентов. 7. Осуществлять качественное и своевременное обезвреживание сточных вод гальванического производства по четырем категориям стоков. 8. Правильно размещать и хранить материалы в лаборатории в соответствии с установленными правилами ведения лабораторного хозяйства. 9. Проводить анализ процентного содержания активного вещества в реагентах согласно нормативной документации. 10. Заниматься построением градуировочных графиков, необходимых для определения содержания металлов в сточных водах. 11. Проводить сложные анализы и определять физико-химические показатели веществ. 12. В случае некачественного обезвреживания стоков, а также в случае поступления смешивания стоков гальванического производства сообщить начальнику участка станции нейтрализации или инженеру-технологу участка станции нейтрализации. 13. При обнаружении неисправностей, грозящих аварией, немедленно прекратить работу и доложить начальнику участка станции нейтрализации.

Лаборант химического анализа 2-го разряда цеха № 306 должен знать: назначение, устройство и правила эксплуатации лабораторного оборудования; технологическую схему обезвреживания всех категорий стоков; назначение и основные элементы очистных сооружений; свойства и качество сточных вод, поступающих на обезвреживание; методы обезвреживания сточных вод гальванического производства по трем категориям стоков; порядок работы установок обезвреживания сточных вод в ручном режиме по трем категориям; инструкцию по приготовлению реагентных растворов; основы общей, аналитической и физической химии; физико-химические методы анализа; основы разработки и принцип выбора методики проведения анализов; методы проведения калибровки применяемых приборов и аппаратуры; правила математической обработки результатов анализов; требования безопасности при работе с сильнодействующими ядовитыми веществами.
