1. Организует научно-экспозиционная, образовательная, методическую и другие виды деятельности филиала музея, комплектования и изучения музейного фонда. 2. Обеспечивает хранение и строгое соблюдение инструкции по учету и хранению достопримечательностей, которые находятся в коллекциях филиала музея. 3. Разрабатывает годовые и перспективные планы работы филиала, сдает на согласовывание и утверждение директору их в установленном порядке. 4. По согласованию с директором осуществляет подбор кадров работников, обеспечивает их рациональную расстановку и целесообразное использование. 5. Соблюдает музейные инструкций по учету и хранению музейных предметов, правил и норм охраны труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. 6. Контролирует соблюдение работниками филиала музейных инструкций по учету и хранению музейных предметов, правил и норм охраны труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. 7. Знает, понимает и применяет действующие нормативные документы, касающиеся его деятельности. 8. Знает и выполняет требования нормативных актов об охране труда и окружающей среды, соблюдает нормы, методы и приемы безопасного выполнения работ. 9. Заведующий филиалом является ответственным лицом за ведение билетно-кассового хозяйства 10. Возлагается ответственность за обеспечение антитеррористической защищенности объекта (территории): - организует проведение информационно-пропагандистских мероприятий по разъяснению сущности терроризма и его общественной опасности; - организует выполнение требований к антитеррористической защищенности объектов (территорий), находящихся в муниципальной собственности; -организует выполнение иных полномочий по решению вопросов местного значения по участию в профилактике терроризма, а также в минимизации и (или) ликвидации последствий его проявлений;

Квалификационные требования - полное высшее образование соответствующего направления подготовки (магистр, специалист). Последипломное образование в области управления. Стаж музейной работы по профессиям руководителей низшего уровня: для магистра - не менее 2 лет, специалиста - не менее 3 лет.
