- Организовывает и контролирует работу по производству ремонта и обслуживания автотранспорта, поставки горюче-смазочных материалов, контролирует своевременную оплату за оказанные услуги, производит взаимные сверки с поставщиками услуг. - Готовит проекты приказов о закреплении автотранспорта за отделами (структурными подразделениями) Главного управления. - Готовит проекты приказов об установлении норм пробега автотранспорта на год, их увеличении (уменьшении), переводе на летний (зимний) режим работы автомобильного транспорта Главного управления и его структурных подразделений. -Составляет акты на списание узлов, агрегатов, механизмов, автошин, аккумуляторов и иных расходных материалов. - Контролирует техническое состояние автотранспортных средств аппарата Главного управления и отделов (структурных подразделений). - Контролирует соблюдение водителями трудовой дисциплины, выполнение ими должностных инструкций, правил и норм по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности. -Составляет заявки, обосновывает сметные расчеты по приобретению горюче-смазочных материалов, запасных частей, автотранспорта, ОСАГО, бланочной продукции. -Ведет учет обеспеченности подразделений транспортом - Готовит предложения о списании автотранспорта, о проведении капитального и текущего ремонта. - Готовит технические задания и технико-экономические обоснования для проведения котировок, аукционов на приобретение запасных частей, горюче-смазочных материалов, шин, для нужд Главного управления. - Контролирует поставку по контрактам и договорам поставщиками материальных ценностей по количеству и качеству поставляемого товара. - Разрабатывает проекты организационно-распорядительных, методических, аналитических и иных документов. -Регулярно проверяет исправность средств сигнализации и пожаротушения в гаражном боксе. в отделе материально-технического обеспечения

Наличие уровня образования не ниже среднего профессионального. Умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
