На должность ведущего экономиста отдела планирования и финансирования капитальных вложений требуется специалист( на время отпуска по уходу за ребенком до трех лет основного работника) Требования: - опыт работы в строительстве; - образование высшее экономическое; Основные знания: Ведущий экономист руководствуется: Указами Президента Российской Федерации; и иными нормативными правовыми актами Российской Федерации; Бюджетным кодексом Российской Федерации; Уставом Красноярского края; Правовыми актами Губернатора Красноярского края; Правовыми актами Правительства Красноярского края; Нормативными правовыми актами министерства строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Красноярского края и ными нормативными правовыми актами Красноярского края по вопросам возложенных на отдел обязанностей; Порядком финансирования строительства; Правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка. Основные Функции: - В установленные сроки проверка документов на оплату по всем видам работ и услуг, в части: форм КС-2, КС-3 (в части соответствия применяемых коэффициентов на строительно-монтажные работы, оборудование в закрываемых кураторами объектов формах с расчетом начальной (максимальной) цены контракта. - Составление реестров на оплату по договорам, заключенным с подрядчиками и поставщиками по объектам Перечня строек и объектов, финансируемых за счет средств краевого бюджета и целевых программам.
