Реализует информационную стратегию путем организации публикаций в СМИ собственных материалов о деятельности учреждения. Устанавливает контакты (базу данных) и поддерживает установленные контакты с центральной и региональной прессой. Подготавливает для СМИ официальные сообщения, статьи и разъяснения об учреждении, а также комментарии экспертов и специалистов. Обеспечивает постоянной информационной поддержкой целевые программы и деятельность учреждения. Оказывает содействие журналистам, осуществляющим сбор и подготовку материалов для публикаций, теле- и радиопередач. Организует работу представителей СМИ и сопровождает представителей СМИ в ходе официальных встреч, пресс-конференций и других мероприятий. Создает пресс-релизы и пост-релизы и осуществляет их рассылку по существующим контактам с центральной и региональной прессой. Размещает (представляет) на сайте учреждения материал, связанный с событиями. Разрабатывает перспективные и текущие программы и планы, отдельные мероприятия или их комплекс, их информационное сопровождение, схему финансового и организационного обеспечения. Осуществляет выбор форм и методов взаимодействия с общественностью, организациями, средствами массовой информации. Определяет характер, содержание и носители информационных сообщений, исходящих от учреждения. Обеспечивает двустороннюю связь с потребителями, партнерами и другими группами общественности. Организует и поддерживает постоянные контакты со средствами массовой информации, информационными, агентствами по связям с общественностью, издательствами, другими предприятиями и организациями, государственными и общественными структурами. Организует сбор информации, в том числе с применением социологических исследований и непрерывный мониторинг информационных источников. Осуществляет контроль за подготовкой и исполнением договоров по информационному, организационному и финансовому обеспечению программ и мероприятий. Своевременно размещает информацию на сайте и в соцсетях учреждения и СМИ.

Высшее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 2 лет либо высшее профессиональное образование и стаж работы пресс-секретарем не менее 1 года. Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости!
