1. Оценивать информацию о санитарно-эпидемиологической обстановке по ВИЧ-инфекции. 2. Обеспечивать мероприятия по первичной и вторичной профилактике ВИЧ-инфекции эпидемиологическим показаниям. 3. Проводить эпидемиологическое расследование лиц с положительным результатом иммуноблота на ВИЧ с целью установления возможного источника, пути и условий заражения, поведенческих особенностей ВИЧ-инфицированного, а также выявления лиц, контактировавших с больным. Предоставлять карты эпидобследования очага ВИЧ-инфекции в отдел организационно-методической и профилактической работы ГУЗ Центр-СПИД (постоянно). 4.Проводить до-тестовое, после-тестовое консультирование и консультирование по вторичной профилактике при эпидрасследовании впервые выявленных случаев ВИЧ инфекции. 5. Регистрировать, учитывать и статистически обрабатывать лиц, у которых при тестировании крови выявлены антитела (АТ) к ВИЧ впервые методом ИБ, по службам и ведомствам, в разрезе городов и районов области по полу, возрасту и кодам выявления (ежемесячно, ежеквартально, нарастающим итогом) с заполнением таблиц и введением всех данных в компьютерную программу Система информационного обеспечения помощи ЛЖВ ПозитиВИЧ . Вносить подтверждающие результаты на ВИЧ-инфекцию в журналы регистрации. 6. Отвечать за сбор информации из других ведомств и учреждений и за их передачу в соответствующие инстанции. 7. Составлять ежеквартальные отчеты о движении ВИЧ-инфицированных, в т.ч. несовершеннолетних в разбивке по районам области. 8.Участвовать в составлении ежеквартальных и годовых отчетов, утвержденных федеральных отчетных форм Сведения о мероприятиях по профилактике ВИЧ-инфекции, гепатитов В и С, выявлению и лечению больных ВИЧ и Сведения о результатах исследования крови на антитела к ВИЧ (по +ИБ на ВИЧ) (ежемесячно). 9.Участвовать в составлении ежемесячных отчетов для МЗО Оперативная информация по ВИЧ-инфекции в Саратовской области . 10. Осуществлять контроль за выполнением предложений, указанных в пунктах проверок врачей-эпидемиологов по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенических и противоэпидемических мероприятий в целях профилактики внутрибольничного заражения ВИЧ в МО области. 11.Осуществлять связь с другими областными Центрами-СПИД и территориальными органами здравоохранения для обмена информацией о выявленных ВИЧ-инфицированных и контактных, по их наблюдению и обследованию. 12.Осуществлять подготовку запросов в другие Центры-СПИД о выявлении ВИЧ-инфицированных, ответов на запросы.
