- Активное участие в деятельности, направленной на развитие и укрепление деловой репутации компании и улучшение имиджа среди клиентов и партнёров. - Консультация клиентов как в офисе, так и в онлайн-формате, обработка входящих звонков и запросов в соц сетях и мессенджерах, расчёт и подбор туров / отелей и других тур. услуг, работа с базой клиентов. - Поддержание порядка в офисе, рабочих делах и спец. программах: оформление договоров, бронирование заявок, работа в crm и с туристской документацией, кассовая дисциплина, оформление банковских рассрочек, работа с отзывами и комментариями в соцсетях. - Написание продающих и вовлекающих текстов (анонсы, акции, обзоры, полезности и тд), создание визуала в спец. программах и через ИИ, выставление контента в соцсетях и мессенджерах, участие в съёмках для видео-контента. - Постоянный мониторинг тур. продуктов, обучение по курортам и отельной базе, техникам продаж и основам сервиса, посещение рекламно-информационных туров, семинаров и вебинаров для турагентов.

- обязательно знание ПК и Excel на уровне хорошего пользователя, умение пользоваться орг. техникой, желательно опыт работы в спец. программах crm / 1C и др. - обязательно наличие домашнего компьютера / ноутбука и быстрого интернета, смартфона с качественной камерой и хорошей памятью - обязательно опыт заграничных поездок и/или поездок по туристическим городам России - обязательно знание агрегаторов туров, сайтов авиакомпаний, сервисов по поиску отелей / авиабилетов и тд и опыт самостоятельного оформления путешествий - знание основ сервиса и техник продаж, умение применять их на практике, участие в тренингах, семинарах или вебинарах по продажам - знание основ делопроизводства и умение работать с документами (договоры, заявления, отчеты), знание деловой переписки, желательно знание английского языка уровень А1
