Самостоятельное взаимодействие с бизнес-заказчиками и ключевыми стейкхолдерами: выявление бизнес-проблем, целей, ограничений и ожидаемой ценности автоматизации процессов и внедрения ИИ, погружение в новые предметные области Сбор, анализ, формализация и документирование бизнес, функциональных и нефункциональных требований: описание процессов AS IS, проектирование TO BE и согласование необходимой реализации с бизнесом и командой разработки Самостоятельное формирование, ведение и актуализация продуктового бэклога: декомпозиция инициатив от MVP до целевого решения, приоритизация задач по ценности, рискам и зависимостям, подготовка пользовательских историй, критериев приемки и готовности к разработке Разработка требований к данным, создание ERD-диаграмм, выявление и документирование состава атрибутов, необходимых для обучения моделей ИИ Описание интеграционных взаимодействий ИИ-сервисов с ИТ-системами заказчика и сторонними сервисами Определение продуктовых и технических метрик успешности внедрения ИИ и контроль достижения ожидаемого бизнес-эффекта Формулирование и проверка продуктовых гипотез: планирование экспериментов и A/B-тестирования, анализ результатов и принятие обоснованных решений о дальнейшем развитии решения Формирование проектных документов: ФТТ, Проектное решение, описание интеграций, спецификации требований, технические задания

Высшее техническое образование Опыт работы от 2-х лет в качестве системного аналитика или RnD-аналитика Опыт внедрения LLM агентов в бизнес процессы Понимание, какие бизнес-задачи эффективно решаются с помощью ИИ, а какие нет Владение нотациями моделирования: BPMN 2.0, UML (диаграммы вариантов использования, активности, последовательности), уверенное построение ERD-диаграмм Глубокое понимание технологий интеграции REST, RMQ, SOAP, Kafka и форматов обмена данными XML/XSD, JSON/JSON-Schema Опыт полного цикла работы с требованиями: интервью с бизнес-заказчиками и экспертами, анализ процессов и документации, формализация бизнес-, функциональных и нефункциональных требований, подготовка пользовательских историй и критериев приемки Опыт публичных презентаций решений, защиты концепций, управления ожиданиями стейкхолдеров Опыт самостоятельного ведения продуктового бэклога: формирование, приоритизация и актуализация; постановка задач команде разработки и контроль готовности требований к реализации Системное и продуктовое мышление: умение связывать бизнес-цели, пользовательскую ценность и техническую реализацию, аргументировать решения и находить компромиссы Коммуникабельность и аргументация: готовность к большому количеству коммуникаций с заказчиками, внутри команды и смежными подразделениями.
