Консультант директора по корпоративным отношениям и спецпроектам по работе с дочерними обществами оказывает консультативную помощь директору по корпоративным отношениям и спецпроектам по вопросам деятельности дочерних и зависимых обществ компании, осуществляет контроль за сохранностью и целевым использованием имущества дочерних и зависимых обществ, а также принимает участие при внедрении корпоративных систем управления дочерних и зависимых обществ. Координирует работу финансово-хозяйственной деятельности дочерних и зависимых обществ компании с целью обеспечения единых подходов применения ими законодательства. Обобщает изменения действующего законодательства, относящегося к деятельности дочерних и зависимых обществ. Готовит предложения по формированию целевой политики деятельности ДЗО.

На должность консультанта назначается специалист с высшим профессиональным юридическим образованием, имеющий специальную профессиональную переподготовку и повышение квалификации по направлению профессиональной деятельности не реже одного раза в 5 лет. Практический опыт взаимодействия с регулирующими, контролирующими и налоговыми органами, опыт работы по внедрению корпоративных систем управления в дочерних и зависимых обществах не менее 10 лет. Обязательно знание законодательства Российской Федерации (налогового, бухгалтерского, гражданского).
