Координирует деятельность сельхозпредприятий, предприятий пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности района, крестьянских (фермерских) и личных подсобных хозяйств по реализации политики в отрасли производства и переработки продукции животноводства. Разрабатывает и осуществляет выполнение целевых программ по развитию отрасли. Контролирует выполнение текущих планов производства продукции животноводства. Принимает непосредственное участие в разработке производственно-финансовых планов сельхозпредприятий района; Анализирует состояние дел в животноводстве по производству и качеству продукции, проводит производственные совещания со специалистами животноводства. 3.2.5. Принимает участие в организации и проведении районных конкурсов, проводит подготовку к областным конкурсам. Организует своевременное представление отчетности, установленной законодательством РФ, областными законами. Осуществляет сбор ежедневных, ежемесячных, квартальных и годовых отчетов о состоянии животноводства от сельскохозяйственных предприятий всех форм собственности, их анализ, свод и представление в установленные сроки в министерство сельского хозяйства, пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности Оренбургской области. Разрабатывает и обеспечивает проведение мероприятий по внедрению новых технологий, передовых опытов в животноводство сельскохозяйственных предприятий района, направленных на повышение продуктивности, интенсивное использование животных, улучшение структуры и воспроизводства стада, эффективное использование кормов.
