3.3. Регулирует, координирует и контролирует проведение мероприятий за использованием и охране земель, контролю и надзору за использованием, охраной, защитой и воспроизводством лесов и зеленых насаждений на территории Воробьевского муниципального района. 3.4. Подготавливает и вносит на рассмотрение главы администрации муниципального района проекты постановлений, распоряжений по рациональному использованию и охране земель и лесов. 3.5. Участвует в разработке планов, прогнозов по использованию и охране земель. 3.6. Оперативно рассматривает поступившие заявления и сообщения о нарушениях земельного законодательства, своевременно принимает меры по их устранению. 3.7. Осуществляет организационное обеспечение мероприятий по муниципальному земельному контролю. 3.8. С целью проведения проверки посещает в порядке, установленном законодательством РФ объекты, обследует земельные участки, находящиеся в собственности, владении, пользовании и аренде должностных, юридических лиц, индивидуальных предпринимателей и граждан; Составляет акты о проведении проверки соблюдения земельного законодательства с обязательным ознакомлением с ними собственников, владельцев, пользователей, арендаторов земельных участков

- знание основ государственного и муниципального управления; - знание нормативных правовых документов, регламентирующих служебную деятельность. - навыки владения современными средствами, методами и технологией работы с информацией; - навыки работы с документами (составление, оформление, анализ, ведение и хранение документации и иные практические навыки работы с документами); - навыки саморазвития и организации личного труда; - навыки планирования рабочего времени; - коммуникативные навыки.
