Общее руководство отделами в целях организации исполнения поставленных задач в сфере информационных технологий; Организация деятельности по созданию, внедрению, сопровождению и развитию информационных систем; Улучшение процессов для успешной цифровизации, помощь в работе с государственными информационными системами; Обеспечение информационной безопасности информационных систем и информационно-технологической инфраструктуры организации; Организация разработки нормативных правовых актов и предложений в законодательные проекты; Поддержка ключевых информационных систем (платформа Работа в России, сервисы для контроля и надзора); Формирование и распределение ежемесячного/ежегодного бюджета управления; Взаимодействие с государственными органами, деловыми партнерами, внешними пользователями.

Высшее образование по направлению подготовки в области информационных технологий; Опыт работы на руководящей должности в государственных органах; Опыт реализации крупных IT‑проектов; Знание требований к защите персональных данных (152‑ФЗ), критической информационной инфраструктуры (187‑ФЗ); Навыки подготовки отчётности, нормативно-правовых актов и прохождения проверок; Опыт работы с государственными контрактами, разработки технических заданий, извещений и документации об осуществлении закупок. Умение формировать бюджет.
