The posting

Производство радиофармацевтических лекарственных средств (РФЛП) в соответствии с нормативной документацией и Правилами надлежащей производственной практики. 2. Подготовка чистых помещений в соответствии с ИСО 14644, подготовка к работе оборудования, реактивов и материалов. Контроль и проведение синтеза, фасовки в первичную упаковку, выгрузка РФЛП во вторичную упаковку. 3. Своевременное ведение документооборота (составление досье на серию, заполнение рабочих журналов, журналов на оборудование, протоколов, электронных таблиц по учёту продукта, расходу сырья и материалов). 4. Участие в расследовании отклонений и оформление отчетов. 5. Проведение мониторинга температуры и влажности помещений. 6. Разработка, актуализация технологических документов (инструкции, журналы, заполняемые формы). 7. Разработка программы ближайшего технического обслуживания производственного оборудования на основе информации о состоянии оборудования. 8. Проведение квалификации оборудования, разработка протоколов и оформление отчетов. 9. Проведение валидации производственного процесса, разработка и оформление отчетов. 10. Участие в проведении пуско-наладочных работ нового производственного оборудования. 11. Участие в ремонтных работах, работах по техническому обслуживанию совместно со специалистами по сервисному обслуживанию оборудования. 12. Участие в разработке и внедрении технологических процессов и установок. 13. Создание технологически обоснованных заявок на оборудование, запчасти к нему, источники ионизирующих излучений, химические реактивы, посуду и стандартные образцы. 14. Обеспечение правильной эксплуатации оборудования производственной группы. 15. Соблюдение требований санитарии, личной гигиены, радиационной безопасности, пожарной безопасности, техники безопасности. 16. Участие в проведении: расследований рекламаций (жалоб); расследований причин несоответствий (отклонений); самоинспекций; аудита поставщиков/подрядчиков, составление Перечня одобренных поставщиков, Перечня одобренных подрядчиков; оценки влияния и составление планов внедрения изменений; анализа рисков.

- Базовое образование: специалитет, магистратура (химическое, химико-технологическое, биотехнологическое) - Опыт (сколько лет и по какому профилю): Не менее 1 года в производстве радиофармацевтических лекарственных средств - Дополнительные компетенции: английский язык (технический).
