Знать законодательные акты, регламентирующие производственно-хозяйственную и финансовую деятельность организации; тарифного регулирования, основы трудового и гражданского, арбитражного законодательства, КоАП РФ, КАС РФ, правоприменительную практику судебных органов, органов государственной инспекции труда. Участвовать в рассмотрении материалов о состоянии дебиторской задолженности с целью выявления долгов, требующих принудительного взыскания. Вести претензионно-исковую работу на ОРЭМ и по взысканию дебиторской задолженности с индивидуальных предпринимателей, юридических лиц, бюджетных организаций, физических лиц и прочих потребителей. Принимать участие в переговорах, созываемых руководством совещаниях при рассмотрении вопросов, отнесенных к компетенции группы правовых и корпоративных отношений. Осуществлять контроль за своевременным представлением подразделениями и должностными лицами справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки претензий, ответов на претензии, исковых заявлений. Готовить и направлять исковые заявления, заявления о выдаче судебных приказов, заявления о вступлении в реестр кредиторов (ОРЭМ) и прочие заявления в суды в отношении индивидуальных предпринимателей, юридических лиц, бюджетных организаций, физических лиц и прочих потребителей. Защищать права и законные интересы структурного подразделения ТЭЦ ПАО ППГХО, ПАО ППГХО в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах, судебных участках мировых судей, прокуратуры, органах, уполномоченных рассматривать дела об административных правонарушениях, службе судебных приставов, ОВД (полиции), налоговых органах, органах местного самоуправления при рассмотрении правовых вопросов. Вести учет претензий, исковых заявлений и находящихся в производстве и законченных исполнением судебных, арбитражных и административных дел. Вести еженедельные, ежедекадные, ежемесячные отчеты по судебно-претензионной работе по взысканию дебиторской задолженности, запрашиваемые ПАО ППГХО . Вести ежедекадные отчеты по исполнительному производству, запрашиваемые ПАО ППГХО. Согласовывать организационно-распорядительные документы подразделения ТЭЦ ПАО ППГХО . Участвовать в исполнительном производстве, вносит в порядке действующего законодательства РФ заявления и ходатайства, способные содействовать скорейшему взысканию с должников имеющейся задолженности, обжаловать действия/бездействия судебных приставов-исполнителей. Готовить заключения по предложениям структурных подразделений или собственные предложения о списании безнадежной дебиторской задолженности. Выполнять другие поручения руководителей в соответствии с профессиональной деятельностью.
