Обязанности: - Активно привлекать новых клиентов и расширять базу клиентов компании; - Консультировать клиентов по продуктам страхования, разъяснять условия и преимущества различных программ; - Оформлять страховые полисы и документацию, обеспечивать своевременное оформление и передачу документов; - Проводить презентации и встречи с потенциальными клиентами, поддерживать и развивать отношения с существующими клиентами; - Следить за выполнением планов продаж и обеспечивать высокий уровень сервиса; - Обновлять базу данных клиентов и вести отчетность по выполненной работе; - Участвовать в маркетинговых мероприятиях и акциях компании для привлечения новых клиентов; - Обеспечивать соблюдение стандартов компании и правил внутреннего распорядка; - Использовать современные инструменты и платформы для продвижения и продаж страховых продуктов. Требования: - Опыт работы в сфере страхования не обязателен, но желателен; - Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение находить подход к разным клиентам; - Ответственность и организованность в работе; - Готовность обучаться новым продуктам и навыкам продаж; - Самомотивация и целеустремленность; - Базовое знание ПК и умение работать с офисной техникой; - Наличие водительского удостоверения и личного автомобиля будет преимуществом; - Желание зарабатывать и развиваться в сфере страховых услуг.
