Осуществляет организацию мероприятий: Управление проектами: Координация внутренних и внешних ресурсов для выполнения проектов; Контроль выполнения работ и услуг в срок в соответствии с масштабом и бюджетом проекта; Определение масштабов и целей проекта с участием всех соответствующих заинтересованных сторон и обеспечение технической возможности реализации проекта; Распределение и обеспечение доступности ресурсов; Разработка детального плана проекта для мониторинга и контроля динамики прогресса; Управление изменениями в рамках проекта, контроль графика выполнения работ в соответствии с бюджетом; Отчетное информирование; Управление рисками и их минимизация; Управление взаимоотношениями с клиентами и заинтересованными лицами; Установление и поддержание отношений с третьими лицами; Создание и поддержание документации по проекту; Отчетность. Консультирует, организовывает и проводит деловые встречи, включая международные мероприятия, в рамках своей компетенции. В рамках своей компетенции оценивает возможности для сотрудничества, партнерства, спонсорства на постоянной основе. Поддерживает имидж и профессиональную репутацию учреждения. Проводит анализ проблемных ситуаций, поиск и принятие решений для обеспечения творческого процесса в рамках своей компетенции.
