Основные обязанности: 1) Руководить деятельностью гражданских служащих Отдела (далее - подчиненных ему гражданских служащих); 2) Распределять должностные обязанности между подчиненными ему гражданскими служащими в соответствии с их должностными регламентами; 3) Вправе делегировать подчиненным ему гражданским служащим поручения по вопросам, входящим в сферу деятельности Отдела; 4) Формировать и согласовывать график отпусков подчиненных ему гражданских служащих; 5) Осуществляет контроль за качественным и своевременным выполнением должностных обязанностей и поручений подчиненным ему гражданским служащим; 6) Участвует в совещаниях у Главы Республики Саха (Якутия), заседаниях Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия), Председателя Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия) и его заместителей, заседаниях правительственных и межведомственных комиссий и советов, совещаниях Администрации, проводимых по вопросам, входящим в сферу ведения Отдела. 7) Участвует в работе комиссий, созданных указами или распоряжениями Главы Республики Саха (Якутия), постановлениями или распоряжениями Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия), распоряжениями или приказами Администрации по вопросам реализации государственной стратегии в сфере профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних; 8) Готовит заключения к проектам правовых актов Главы Республики Саха (Якутия) и Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия), Администрации, направленных на защиту прав и законных интересов, профилактику безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних; 9) Подписывает и визирует материалы, подготовленные по вопросам, входящим в сферу ведения Отдела; 10) Разрабатывает положение об Отделе, участвует в разработке должностных регламентов подчиненных ему гражданских служащих и составлении графика отпусков подчиненных ему гражданских служащих; 11) Контролирует своевременное исполнение поручений Главы Республики Саха (Якутия), Председателя Правительства Республики Саха (Якутия) и его заместителей, Руководителя Администрации и его заместителей, исполнение постановлений Республиканской комиссии; 12) Запрашивает у исполнительных органов государственной власти Республики Саха (Якутия), администраций муниципальных образований, предприятий, учреждений и организаций материалы, необходимые для анализа и подготовки вопросов, рассматриваемых Главой Республики Саха (Якутия) и Правительством Республики Саха (Якутия), с учетом полномочий Отдела; 13) Может осуществлять научную и преподавательскую деятельность, участвовать в конференциях, совещаниях, семинарах в целях повышения квалификации и изучения опыта работы соответствующих отраслей Российской Федерации и за ее пределами; 14) Организует и осуществляет работу со служебными документами согласно требованиям нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации и Республики Саха (Якутия) в части делопроизводства (документирования, документооборота и архивного дела), включая работу с документами, содержащими конфиденциальную информацию; 15) Редактировать материалы для опубликования на официальном информационном портале Республики Саха (Якутия); 16) Осуществляет иные полномочия в соответствии с Положением об Отделе.
