Выпуск техники на линию. Проведение предрейсовых осмотров тракторов, комбайнов и иных машин, проверка их технической готовности, наличия топлива и смазочных материалов. Организация ремонта техники. Мониторинг состояния машин, диагностика неисправностей, разработка графиков ремонта, координация работы механиков, заказ запасных частей, контроль качества и сроков выполнения работ. Планирование работы транспорта. Организация рационального распределения техники по производственным участкам, составление графиков работы водителей и механизаторов для исключения простоев. Контроль эксплуатации техники. Обеспечение правильного использования машин, предотвращение их перегрузки, проведение инструктажей для персонала при необходимости. Ведение документации. Учет технических осмотров, расхода топлива, запасных частей и выполненных ремонтных работ, оформление соответствующих отчетов. Обеспечение безопасности. Контроль соответствия техники нормам охраны труда и техники безопасности, проверка соблюдения персоналом установленных правил. Руководство коллективом механизаторов и водителей.

Опыт работы с сельскохозяйственной техникой (тракторы, комбайны, грузовые автомобили) не менее 3 лет. Знание устройства техники и навыки диагностики неисправностей. Организаторские способности, умение планировать работу и взаимодействовать с коллективом. Высокая ответственность, внимательность к деталям и ориентация на результат. Предпочтение кандидатом с бОльшим опытом работы.

В связи с увеличением земельных площадей в Исаклинском районе аграрное предприятие приглашает на работу инженера по транспорту с опытом эксплуатации сельскохозяйственной техники. Мы ищем ответственного специалиста, способного обеспечить бесперебойную работу транспорта и организовать техническое обслуживание. Условия: Работа на производственной базе и в полевых условиях в составе профессиональной команды. График работы: полный рабочий день, возможны переработки в периоды посевной и уборочной кампаний. Официальное трудоустройство, заработная плата обсуждается по итогам собеседования. Предоставление жилья для иногородних сотрудников.
