2.1. Выполнять распоряжения мастера смены.2.2. Обеспечивает перекачку пульп и растворов в полном объеме в соответствии с требованиями технологического регламента.2.3. Производить ежесменное техническое обслуживание: осуществляет смазку подшипников, набивку сальников насосов и запорной арматуры.2.4. Проводить мелкий ремонт оборудования, устранять течи в местах соединения трубопроводов.2.5. Поддерживать в рабочем состоянии дренажные насосы и приямки.2.6. Ставить в известность мастера смены о необходимости проведения ремонта оборудования, производить подготовку оборудования к выводу в ремонт.2.7. Следить за работой водяных насосов и системы гидроподпора пульповых насосов.2.8. Производить натяжку и регулировку ремней приводов насосов.2.9. Своевременно производить уборку проливов пульпы.2.10. Ведение записей в журнале о работе насосных установок.2.11. Проводить диагностику оборудования и обо всех выявленных неисправностях и дефектах докладывает мастеру смены.2.12. Проводить стропальные работы.2.13. Бережно относится к оборудованию.2.14. Выполнять распоряжения вышестоящего руководства, при поступлении распоряжений вышестоящего руководства ставить в известность своего непосредственного руководителя.2.15. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, фундаментальные правила безопасности и другие локальные нормативные акты, принятые в Обществе.2.16. Своевременно проходить обучение, согласно требованиям законодательства РФ, а также корпоративное обучение и проверку знаний, направленное на улучшения состояния охраны труда в работе.2.17. Добросовестно соблюдать трудовую и производственную дисциплину, уважать честь и достоинство других работников, соблюдать принцип взаимоуважения в коллективе, не допускать конфликтных ситуаций на работе, оскорблений и унижений в адрес других коллег, применения физической силы. При возникновении подобных ситуаций работник обязан сообщать руководству.2.18. Соблюдать требования охраны труда.2.19. Правильно использовать производственное оборудование, инструменты, сырье и материалы, применять технологию.2.20. Следить за исправностью используемых оборудования и инструментов в пределах выполнения своей трудовой функции.2.21. Использовать и правильно применять средства индивидуальной и коллективной защиты.

Знать: назначение, устройство, правила монтажа, эксплуатации насосов и трубопроводов;схему цепи аппаратов, устройство и технические параметры насосов;вредные факторы на своем рабочем месте и уметь оказывать первую помощь при несчастных случаях;устройство и техническое состояние, местоположение запорной и пускоре-гулирующей аппаратуры;особенности эксплуатации насосов и оборудование в зимнее время, общее состояние и обустройство водоводов оборотной воды, приема оборотной воды на ЗИФ;правила обращения с циансодержащими растворами, способы их обезвреживания;
