The posting

Обеспечение выполнения производственного плана по объёму, качеству и срокам на всех участках. Оперативное управление сменами, бригадирами, мастерами (русскоязычный персонал). Контроль соблюдения технологических режимов, норм расхода сырья и материалов. Чтение и внедрение технологических регламентов, чертежей, схем, инструкций от китайских производителей оборудования только на китайском языке . Адаптация китайских стандартов (GB/T) к условиям российского производства. Актуализация документации при изменениях оборудования или технологии (запросы в КНР на китайском). Проведение переговоров на китайском языке с заводами-изготовителями оборудования, поставщиками сырья, комплектующих. Решение технических и коммерческих вопросов без переводчика (гарантия, замена, доработка, рекламации). Согласование графиков поставок, пусконаладки, модернизации. Организация и участие в запуске новых линий / станков совместно с китайскими инженерами. Формирование заявок на запчасти и расходные материалы на китайском языке. Контроль работы сервисных бригад из Китая. Обеспечение соответствия продукции одновременно российским ГОСТ и китайским GB/T (по требованию экспорта или головного офиса). Разработка и внедрение процедур контроля качества на основе китайских регламентов. Подготовка производственных отчётов для китайского руководства / техцентра полностью на китайском языке (выработка, брак, простои, причины, мероприятия). Перевод ключевых российских отчётов на китайский язык для собственников / инвесторов из КНР. Обучение бригадиров и мастеров работе по китайским технологическим картам. Проверка знаний персонала (с обязательным контролем через перевод с китайского). Участие в найме и аттестации линейного персонала. При критических сбоях прямой звонок в головной офис в КНР на китайском языке (24/7 при необходимости). Организация экстренных ремонтов с выездом китайских специалистов (визовая поддержка, перевод). Внедрение китайских методик бережливого производства (например, на основе опыта заводов КНР). Анализ эффективности участков с отчётом на китайском языке для акционеров.

Требования: - гражданство КНР (китаец) - родной язык китайский.- опыт руководства производством (начальник цеха / производства) от 3 лет - опыт работы с китайским оборудованием и стандартами GB/T - готовность к командировкам в КНР - действующая рабочая виза / разрешение на работу
