Затем проводит первичный осмотр: оценивает состояние кожи, наличие отёков, измеряет давление, подсчитывает пульс, выслушивает тоны сердца и лёгких. Назначение обследований. На основе собранного врач определяет, какие исследования нужны: инструментальные (ЭКГ, эхокардиография, суточное мониторирование ЭКГ или давления, нагрузочные тесты, КТ, МРТ сердца) и лабораторные (анализы крови общий, биохимический, на липидный профиль, глюкозу, маркеры воспаления или свёртываемости). Также кардиолог может направить пациента на консультацию к узкому специалисту (например, к аритмологу или сосудистому хирургу), если это необходимо. b Постановка диагноза. После анализа всех данных врач обосновывает и формулирует диагноз, опираясь на Международную статистическую классификацию болезней (МКБ). Разработка и коррекция лечения. На основе диагноза кардиолог составляет индивидуальный план: подбирает медикаментозную терапию, назначает немедикаментозные методы (лечебное питание, дозированная физическая активность, физиопроцедуры). Врач контролирует эффективность и безопасность лечения, при необходимости корректирует схему. Медицинская реабилитация. Специалист разрабатывает программы восстановления для пациентов после инфаркта, операций, при хронических заболеваниях. Контролирует, как реализуются индивидуальные программы реабилитации или абилитации. Профилактика. Кардиолог работает не только с уже выявленными болезнями, но и с факторами риска: оценивает уровень артериального давления, холестерина, сахара, наличие избыточного веса, вредных привычек, стресса, наследственной предрасположенности. На основе этого он даёт персонализированные рекомендации: как скорректировать образ жизни, какие профилактические курсы медикаментов назначить. Также врач проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу. Медицинские экспертизы. В том числе экспертиза временной нетрудоспособности. При признаках стойкой утраты трудоспособности направляет пациента на медико-социальную экспертизу. Организационные задачи. Врач ведёт медицинскую документацию (в том числе в электронном виде), анализирует медико-статистические показатели. Он может организовывать работу среднего медицинского персонала, контролировать выполнение обязанностей. Также в его задачи входит обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности, соблюдение правил работы с персональными данными и врачебной тайной. Экстренная помощь.
