Отрасль: управление огневым расчётом, координация действий и обеспечение боевой эффективности МОГ. Описание вакансии: Требуется командир расчёта для руководства мобильной огневой группой: постановка задач, контроль выполнения, оценка обстановки, принятие решений, поддержание дисциплины и боеготовности. Задача — обеспечить слаженность действий расчёта, эффективное поражение целей и безопасность личного состава при выполнении задач. Доход: Разовая выплата — до 4 200 000 ₽. Ежемесячный доход — от 260 000 ₽ плюс надбавки за командование, ночные дежурства, оперативные мероприятия. Годовой доход — до 9 500 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Обеспечение: Контракт на 1 год. Средства связи (радиостанции, планшеты), карты, журналы учёта, тактические аксессуары. Полный комплект экипировки, бронезащита, оружие, аптечка. Проживание, питание, медобслуживание, максимальное страхование. Отпуск — 14 дней раз в полгода. Бесплатный проезд. Задачи: Постановка задач личному составу, распределение ролей, контроль готовности расчёта. Оценка обстановки, выбор огневых позиций, планирование манёвров и отхода. Координация огня, целераспределение, контроль расхода боеприпасов. Поддержание дисциплины, разбор действий, обучение и наставничество бойцов. Ведение отчётности, оформление донесений, взаимодействие со штабом и соседними группами. Действия в кризисных ситуациях: прорыв рубежа, потеря связи, эвакуация раненых. Проведение тренировок, отработка нормативов, повышение слаженности расчёта. Требования: Гражданство РФ. Возраст 18–63 лет. Категории А, Б (В — по согласованию). Без непогашенной судимости. Опыт командования подразделением или звеном, лидерские качества, дисциплина. Умение принимать решения в стрессовых условиях, организаторские способности.
