The posting

Обязанности: -Приём и обработка заявок на перевозку сырья и готовой продукции (в том числе ЭТРН). -Планирование маршрута. -Подбор транспорта и перевозчиков. -Контроль перевозки (отслеживание движения транспорта в реальном времени с помощью систем ГЛОНАСС/GPS). -Работа с документами (ЭТРН, договоры, заявки, накладные, акты выполненных работ). -Взаимодействие с участниками процесса. -Решение нестандартных ситуаций. -Анализ и оптимизация процессов по перевозкам. Качественные характеристики: -Аналитический склад ума. -Коммуникабельность для взаимодействия с партнёрами. -Стрессоустойчивость и умение работать в режиме многозадачности. -Знание транспортного законодательства и правил безопасности. -Умение работать с информационными системами для планирования и учёта. -Навыки переговоров. Навыки: Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, 1С (ЕRP), опыт в работе с ЭТРН. Оформление по ТК РФ; График работы с 8.00 до 17.00, пятидневная рабочая неделя; Выплаты з/п: два раза в месяц; Работа на территории работодателя; Комфортный офис с комнатой для приема пищи; Программа ДМС (по истечению 6 месяцев после приема на работу); Испытательный срок - 3 месяца; Конкурентоспособная заработная плата, обсуждаемая на собеседовании; Возможности для профессионального развития.
