-Представляет информацию о ходе исполнения государственных полномочий в сроки, установленные уполномоченным органом Правительства Иркутской области. - Готовит данные, необходимые для контроля за осуществлением государственных полномочий. - Ведет делопроизводство комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав (далее комиссия) с соблюдением сроков хранения и сохранности документации, оформляет дела для сдачи в архив. - Докладывает начальнику отдела текущую информацию по вопросам деятельности комиссии. - Выполняет поручения начальника отдела, председателя комиссии, заместителя председателя комиссии и осуществляет полномочия, возложенные на него начальником отдела. - Организует проведение заседаний комиссии и оформляет акты комиссии, проверяет правильность и полноту доказательной базы собранных материалов на комиссию, в течение трех дней регистрирует и оформляет протоколы по рассмотрению дел об административных правонарушениях, постановления по постановке на учет семей и несовершеннолетних; - Готовит необходимые материалы к заседанию комиссии, к докладам и выступлениям начальника отдела, председателя комиссии, заместителя председателя комиссии и др.
