Обеспечение эффективного решения транспортно-логистических задач путём контроля качества и стоимости международных перевозок АО СЭ в Россию и СНГ, оптимизации процессов и технологий; Контроль над таможенными операциями, обеспечение и соблюдение корректности данных при подаче в таможенные органы; Обеспечение непрерывности процессов перевозок и таможенного оформления грузов; Размещение и подтверждение заявок на услуги таможенного оформления, транспортно-экспедиционного обслуживания и прочие услуги, связанных с обеспечением перевозки и таможенного оформления товаров; Своевременно получать пакет всех необходимых документов для организации перевозки и таможенного оформления на границе РФ. Контроль соблюдения транзитных сроков. Оперативный контроль перемещения отгруженных импортных товаров от внешнего поставщика на склад в информационных системах; Планирование объемов, графиков перевозок на доставку продукции; Подготовка, сбор и проверка полноты пакета документов для таможенного оформления, диалог и контроль по устранению недочетов.

Обязательно посещение Логистического центра в Лобне 1 раз в неделю. Опыт управления с транспортом и таможней, таможенным брокером не менее 2 х лет; Владеть терминами Инкотермс 2010; Знать основы таможенного дела, типы таможенных пошлин, расчет таможенной стоимости; Знание документооборота экспортных и импортных поставок морским, авиационным, автомобильным и железнодорожным транспортом; Аналитический склад ума, способность анализировать большие объемы данных и выявлять взаимосвязь между ними; Умение принимать решения и брать на себя ответственность; Умение работать с данными, точность, внимание к деталям; Опыт ведения переговоров с поставщиками услуг; Управление или участие в проектах по разработке и оптимизации транспортных решений с учетом таможенных ограничений; Опыт работы в 1С или другой ERP системе приветствуется.

Условия: Конкурентный уровень дохода (оклад + бонус); Частичная работа из дома (гибридный график). 1 день в неделю необходимо работать на территории Логистического центра в Лобне.
