Сейчас у нас более 100 сотрудников в штате, их средний срок работы в компании - 7 лет. Наших клиентов более 7000. Это салоны красоты, профессиональные магазины, индивидуальные стилисты, маркетплейсы, селективный ритейл. Обязанности: - Расширение дистрибьюции двух востребованных брендов профессиональной косметики для волос; - Открытие новых клиентов согласно целям; - Достижение результата по товарообороту вашего сектора; - Контроль за состоянием платежей и дебиторской задолженностью клиентов; - Посещение салонов красоты по маршруту; - Знание ассортимента; - Взаимодействие со службой обучения для организации обучения мастеров; - Отчётность, аналитика по продажам. Требования: - Наличие автомобиля - желательно; - Готовность к разъездному характеру работы, не менее 8 визитов в день; - Опыт работы в сфере профессионального рынка для волос будет преимуществом; - Опыт работы в новых проектах на развитие будет преимуществом; - Отличные навыки общения и презентации, грамотная речь, презентабельность; - Личные качества: стрессоустойчивость, готовность к реализации амбициозных проектов, самостоятельность, инициативность, нацеленность на результат.
