Должностные обязанности: Выявление лиц, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации и нуждающихся в социальном обслуживании. Предоставление гигиенических услуг лицам, не способным по состоянию здоровья самостоятельно осуществлять уход за собой. Осуществляет предоставление гражданам, нуждающимся в социальном обслуживании на дому, проживающим на территории обслуживания социальные услуги в соответствии с индивидуальной программой предоставления социальных услуг и заключенным договором. Соблюдает положения нормативных документов, регламентирующих требования к порядку и условиям предоставления услуг. Осуществляет своевременную сдачу заведующему отделением учетно-отчетной документации, связанной с предоставлением услуг, материалов, сведений, связанных с предоставлением услуг. Оформляет личные дела обслуживаемых граждан в соответствии с установленными требованиями. Проявляет уважительное и гуманное отношение к обслуживаемым гражданам. Соблюдает положения Кодекса этики и служебного поведения работников. Соблюдает конфиденциальность информации о получателе социальных услуг, касающейся условий его жизнедеятельности, личных качеств и проблем, принимает меры для обеспечения нераспространения полученных сведений доверительного характера. Участвует в выявлении на территории обслуживания граждан, находящихся в обстоятельствах, которые ухудшают или могут ухудшить условия их жизнедеятельности.

Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости. Наличие медицинской книжки. Среднее общее образование. Наличие желания работать. Предварительный медицинский осмотр. Опыт работы (лет): опыт работы не требуется. Основы законодательства федерального и регионального уровня, основные положения нормативных правовых актов в сфере социального обслуживания населения, включая административные регламенты, национальные и государственные стандарты социального обслуживания населения. Элементарные правила приготовления пищи. Организация и принципы ведения домашнего хозяйства. Правила ухода за престарелыми и инвалидами в домашних условиях. Основы психологии лиц старшего возраста и инвалидов. Основы этики в социальной работе (кодекс профессиональной этики).
