- организация библиотечного обслуживания населения; - создание условий для массового отдыха и досуга, для обеспечения жителей муниципального округа услугами организаций культуры; - обеспечение условий для развитии на территории муниципального округа массовой физической культуры и спорта; - создания условий для обеспечения жителей муниципального округа услугами связи, общественного питания, торговли и бытового обслуживания; - сохранение, использование и популяризация объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры), находящихся в собственности муниципального округа, охрана объектов культурного наследия, местного значения, расположенных на территории муниципального округа; - организация обустройства мест для отдыха населения; - создание условий для развития местного традиционного народного художественного творчества, участие в сохранении, возрождении и развитии народных художественных промыслов в муниципальном округе. 3.2.Курирует решение следующих вопросов: - создание музеев муниципального округа; - участие в осуществлении деятельности по опеке и попечительству; - оказание поддержки общественным наблюдательным комиссиям, осуществляющим общественный контроль за обеспечением прав человека и содействие лицам, находящимся в местах принудительного содержания; - оказание поддержки общественным объединениям инвалидов организациям в соответствии с Федеральным законом О социальной защите инвалидов в Российской Федерации; - оказание содействия развитию физической культуры и спорта инвалидов, лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, адаптивной физической культуры и адаптивного спорта.

должен знать: - Конституцию Российской Федерации, федеральные законы и законы Ярославской области, указы Президента Российской Федерации и постановления Правительства Российской Федерации, иные нормативные правовые акты, регулирующие соответствующие сферы деятельности, применительно к исполнению своих должностных обязанностей, правам и ответственности, в том числе: - законодательство о муниципальной службе Российской Федерации и Ярославской области; - Устав муниципального округа. навыки организации и планирования работы, контроля, анализа и прогнозирования последствий принимаемых решений, владение информационными технологиями, пользования офисной техникой и программным обеспечением, редактирования документации, организационные и коммуникативные навыки.
