Команда блока финансов развивает платформу для создания операционно-драйверных моделей доходов, расходов и детальных прогнозов. Команда переводит расчётные модели из Excel и разрозненных процессов в воспроизводимые решения с управляемыми данными, сценариями, версиями и понятным пользовательским путём. Миссия роли: построить управляемую функцию бизнес-анализа для портфеля драйверных моделей. Чем предстоит заниматься: нанимать, онбордить и развивать аналитиков создать единый процесс от бизнес-потребности до принятой модели и постановки в разработку управлять портфелем: приоритет, WIP, зависимости, риски, сроки и управленческие решения представлять кластер в работе с DME, DWH и ядровыми командами; формировать консолидированные заказы добиваться закреплённой ёмкости, SLA, правил изменения и эскалации, а не строить процесс на личных контактах вместе с архитектором обеспечивать ранний review, повторное использование решений и минимальный комплект артефактов ввести измерение lead time, времени ожидания, first-pass yield, rework, качества и использования моделей. Мы ждем, что вы: имеете 8+ лет в бизнес-анализе, финансовом планировании, data/product analytics или консалтинге; 2+ года управления людьми или практикой имеете опыт перевода Excel/ручной модели в промышленный продукт с данными, разработкой, UAT и внедрением мыслите категориями change management понимаетеP L, драйверные модели, сценарии, plan/fact/forecast и финансовой методологии отлично владеетеSQL имеете опыт построения процесса: intake, DoR/DoD, RACI, SLA/SLO, WIP, change management и метрики lead time умение договариваться с независимыми сервисными командами о приоритете, ёмкости и проверяемом результате.
