The posting

1. Договорное сопровождение деятельности предприятия: Разработка контрактных материалов на выполнение НИОКР, поставок изделий, технического сопровождения, негарантийного ремонта, испытаний изделий и их согласование с Заказчиками /ВП МО РФ/ контрагентами; Ведение переписки с Заказчиками / контрагентами по договорным/финансовым/организационным вопросам; Подготовка финансовых документов для актирования работ (этапов работ); Подготовка предложений по платежам соисполнителям НИОКР и контрагентам, проводящим испытания; инициирование выставления счетов Заказчикам; Контроль получения отчетных материалов от соисполнителей НИОКР и контрагентов, проводящих испытания. 2. Формирование цены выполнения работ и поставки изделий: Подготовка расчетно-калькуляционных материалов (РКМ) цены (ориентировочной / фиксированной) работ / изделий по формам ФАС, их согласование с Заказчиками /ВП МО РФ; Рассмотрение и согласование цены, представленной соисполнителями НИОКР и контрагентами, проводящими испытания; Подготовка технико-экономического обоснования (ТЭО) выплаты аванса; Подготовка ТЭО цены изделия в серийном производстве. 3. Организация выполнения проектов в заданные сроки: Подготовка приказов на открытие работ, приказов на изготовление образцов; Согласование/контроль исполнения/актуализация планов-графиков выполнения работ; Организация взаимодействия между членами проектной группы и руководителями подразделений в рамках выполнения проекта; Подготовка справок о ходе заключения/выполнения договоров, справок о факте выполнения работ в предыдущем месяце / плане работ на текущий месяц (ежемесячно); Проведение анализа всех действующих договоров на предмет наличия актуальных сроков и отсутствия их срыва, а также принятие мер для исключения юридически значимых претензий по просрочке выполнения обязательств АО НКБ ВС (ежемесячно); Подготовка аналитических данных по проектам по запросам руководства

законодательство в сфере исполнения ГОЗ (порядок заключения контрактов, ценообразование); порядок разработки изделия; знания в области планирования и управления проектами; знание MS Office, OpenOffice, Word; грамотный разговорный и письменный русский язык умение применять инструменты проектного управления для достижения целей проекта; навыки разработки и контроля выполнения проектных планов; способность управлять проектными рисками и ресурсами; умение вести аргументированную деловую переписку опыт составление контрактов (Word); профессиональный уровень владения Excel (особенно в части визуализации данных); коммуникативные навыки, организаторские и аналитические способности; умение результативно работать в условиях многозадачности; стрессоустойчивость
