Регулярно, не реже 3 раз в неделю посещает ПСУ, частично или полностью утративших способность к самообслуживанию и нуждающихся в постоянном медицинском уходе. При посещении производит опрос о состоянии здоровья, медицинский осмотр: измеряет артериальное давление, прослушивает сердечный ритм. Оказывает на дому первую доврачебную помощь, организует вызов врача на дом, при необходимости вызывает скорую помощь. Консультирует по социальным медицинским вопросам. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением режима лечения, своевременным выполнением медицинских назначений. При необходимости оказывает помощь социальному работнику в выполнении санитарно-гигиенических процедур (обтирание, обмывание, принятие ванн и т.д.). Разьясняет ПСУ способы и порядок подготовки к лабораторным, инструментальным исследованиям. При необходимости сопровождает ПСУ в медицинские организации, взаимодействует с лечащим врачом. Организует периодические медицинские обследования в целях профилактики и своевременного выявления заболеваний, являющихся противопоказаниями для обслуживания на дому. В соответствии с назначениями врача выполняет медицинские манипуляции: -наложение компрессов; -закапывание; -осуществление перевязок; -обработка пролежней и поверхностей ран; -выполнение очистительных клизм; -оказание помощи в пользовании медицинскими изделиями; -контроль за соблюдением предписаний врача. При выполнении медицинских манипуляций соблюдает правила асептики и антисептики, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции. Содействует в госпитализации определенной категории ПСУ в стационары для лечения, оформляет в дома-интернаты. Проводит беседы и консультирует ПСУ и членов их семей с целью оказания морально-психологической поддержки, обучает родственников практическим навыкам общего ухода за больными. Ведет необходимую медицинскую документацию. Согласно установленного графика проводит беседы с социальными работниками на медицинские темы. Систематически повышает свою квалификацию путем изучения соответствующей литературы, участия в конференциях, семинарах. Медицинская сестра вносит информацию в папку История ухода и несет персональную ответственность за своевременность, грамотность, достоверность данной информации. Ведет два журнала медицинской сестры на каждого получателя социальных услуг, один из которых, находится у получателя социальных услуг, а второй (учет выполненных услуг за месяц) - у медицинской сестры и заполняет журналы медицинской сестры, в соответствии с нормативной документацией при каждом посещении получателя социальных услуг.
