The posting

1. Принимает и регистрирует корреспонденцию, направляет ее в структурные подразделения. 2. В соответствии с резолюцией руководителей учреждения передает документы на исполнение, оформляет регистрационные карточки или создает банк данных. 3. Ведет картотеку учета прохождения документальных материалов,осуществляет контроль за их исполнением, выдает необходимые справки по зарегистрированным документам. 4. Отправляет почтовые корреспонденцию через почтовое отделение и доставляет срочные письма адресату по городу лично. 5. Ведет учет получаемой и отправляемой корреспонденции, систематизирует и хранит документы текущего архива. 6. Обеспечивает сохранность и конфиденциальность проходящей служебной документации. 7. Обеспечивает порядок в канцелярии проводит работу по обеспечению руководителей учреждения канцелярскими принадлежностями. 8. Ведет работу по созданию справочного аппарата по документам, обеспечивает удобный и быстрый их поиск. 9. Копирует необходимые для работы документы, печатает письма, отчеты, текущую документацию. 10. Ведет работу по приему посетителей к директору учреждения. 11. Подготавливает и сдает в архив учреждения документальные материалы, законченные документоведом, регистрационную картотеку или компьютерные банки данных, составляет описи дел, передаваемых на хранениев архив. 12. Проверяет правильность их составления и оформления. 13. Обеспечивает сохранность проходящей служебной документации.

Уверенное владение ПК: Знание офисных программ (Word, Excel, Outlook) на уровне уверенного пользователя обязательно. Опыт работы с электронными системами документооборота будет большим плюсом.
