Обеспечивать хозяйственное обслуживание и надлежащее состояние в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты зданий и помещений, в которых расположено ОГБУЗ Братская РБ, контроль за исправностью оборудования (лифтов, освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции, канализации и др.). Незамедлительно принимать меры к устранению недостатков функционирования оборудования ОГБУЗ Братская РБ водопроводной и канализационной сети, системы отопления и вентиляции, лифтов, местной и городской телефонной связи, системы громкоговорящей связи. Принимать участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов, составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. Организовывать проведение ремонта помещений ОГБУЗ Братская РБ, осуществлять контроль за качеством выполнения ремонтных работ. Обеспечивать подразделения ОГБУЗ Братская РБ мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарем, средствами механизации инженерного и управленческого труда, осуществлять наблюдение за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта. Организовывать оформление необходимых документов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, получение и хранение канцелярских принадлежностей, необходимых хозяйственных материалов, оборудования и инвентаря, обеспечивать ими структурные подразделения ОГБУЗ Братская РБ, а также вести учет их расходования и осуществлять составление установленной отчетности. Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. Организовывать прием, регистрацию и необходимое хозяйственное обслуживание делегаций и лиц, прибывших в служебные командировки; обслуживание проводимых совещаний, конференций, семинаров и других мероприятий. Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории, праздничному художественному оформлению фасадов зданий, проходных. Выполнять работы по организации табельного учета, рационального питания работников во время обеденных перерывов, составлению графиков отпусков и распорядка рабочего дня. Обеспечивать выполнение противопожарных мероприятий и содержание в исправном состоянии пожарного инвентаря. Проводить периодический инструктаж по технике безопасности, противопожарной безопасности подчиненных ему сотрудников, знакомить их с правилами и нормами охраны труда. Проводить аттестацию и переаттестацию работников на допуск к работе с электрооборудованием, в том числе с лифтами.
