Организовать и обеспечивать проведение расценки и согласование заявок на закупку в 1С Закупки Обеспечивать формирование лотов Обеспечивать качественную подготовку закупочной документации, а также списков рассылки потенциальных поставщиков Обеспечивать согласование закупочной документации Участвовать в переговорах с потенциальными поставщиками, обеспечивать подписание протоколов переговоров Прорабатывать логистическую схему доставки материально-технических ресурсов Обеспечивать подготовку проекта договора/приложения к договору (спецификации) Контролировать договорные сроки поставки материально-технических ресурсов, предпринимать исчерпывающие меры по недопущению срывов сроков поставок материально-технических ресурсов Осуществлять контроль за сроками проведения входного контроля качества поступающих МТР и оформлением актов входного контроля Инициировать претензионно-исковую работу с поставщиками.

Высшее профессиональное (экономическое, техническое) образование Опыт работы в области материально-технического обеспечения не менее года Знание Инструкции от 15 июня 1965 г. N П-6 О порядке приемки продукции производственно-технического назначения и товаров народного потребления по количеству Знание Инструкции от 25 апреля 1966 г. N П-7 О порядке приемки продукции производственно-технического назначения и товаров народного потребления по качеству Знание номенклатуры материально-технических ресурсов, применяемых в нефтепереработке Знание рынков основных поставщиков, заводов-изготовителей материально-технических ресурсов, применяемых в нефтепереработке Знание компьютерных и профильных программ (Microsoft Office, электронная почта, СЭД Тезис, 1С и др. Умение работать с оргтехникой
