Секретарь учебной части исполняет следующие обязанности: - Подготавливает документы и материалы, необходимые для работы учебной части. - По поручению директора и его заместителей составляет письма, запросы и другие документы, готовит ответы авторам писем, касающиеся учебной работы в Техникуме. - Подготавливает проекты приказов по учебной части. - Оформляет личные дела обучающихся, ведет их в течение всего периода обучения и подготавливает их к сдаче в архив Техникума. -Обеспечивает выдачу документов обучающихся из личного дела при их выпуске или прекращении образовательных отношений. -Ведет книги регистрации приказов по учебной части и поименные книги обучающихся. -Заполняет и использует электронные базы данных об участниках образовательного процесса и его реализации для формирования отчетов в соответствии с установленными регламентами и правилами; предоставляет эти сведения по запросам уполномоченных должностных лиц. - Обрабатывает персональные данные с соблюдением требований и правил, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации, определяет законность требований различных категорий граждан и должностных лиц о предоставлении доступа к учебной документации, в том числе содержащей персональные данные. - Исполняет иные поручения руководства.

Должен знать: трудовое законодательство и иные акты, содержащие нормы трудового права; локальные нормативные акты техникума,образовательного процесса, ведение и порядок доступа к учебной и иной документации, в том числе документации, содержащей персональные данные; требования охраны труда и пожарной безопасности;меры ответственности работников за жизнь и здоровье обучающихся; основы документооборота и документационного обеспечения; возможности использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий для ведения документации;нормы этики и делового общения
