2.1.Владеет в совершенстве методиками проведения профилактических, лечебных, диагностических, санитарно-гигиенических процедур, манипуляций и качественно, своевременно их выполняет; 2.2.Выполняет лечебно-диагностические процедуры в соответствии со своими функциями и врачебными назначениями; 2.3.Помогает при проведении манипуляций, которые имеет право выполнять только врач; 2.4.Обеспечивает наличие и укомплектованность аптечек для оказания неотложной помощи, оказание неотложной доврачебной помощи; 2.5.Оказывает первую медицинскую помощь, реанимационные мероприятия в соответствии со своей ролью; 2.6.Производит взятие крови из вены для исследования и своевременно отправляет ее в лабораторию; 2.7.Своевременно сообщает лечащему врачу: об осложнениях от проведения манипуляций или об отказе пациента о проведении манипуляции; 2.8.Обеспечивает учет и хранение лекарственных препаратов; 2.9.Осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического режима в помещении, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов, предупреждению постинъекционных осложнений, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции; 2.10.Соблюдает правила использования средств индивидуальной защиты при осуществлении сестринских манипуляций; 2.11.Проводит контроль качества ПСО медицинского инструментария с помощью реактива Азопирам, стерилизует медицинский инструментарий и материал, соблюдает сроки хранения стерильных изделий; 2.12.Своевременно выписывает и получает у старшей медсестры необходимые для работы медикаменты, медицинские инструменты, перевязочный материал, изделия медицинского назначения; 2.13.Обеспечивает правильный учёт, хранение и использование медикаментов, перевязочного материала, медицинского инструментария и изделий медицинского назначения; 2.14.Ведет учетно-отчетную документацию в соответствии с установленной формой учетной документации процедурного кабинета (журналы учёта препаратов, подлежащих предметно-количественному учёту, журнал проведения процедур и манипуляций, журнал проведения генеральных уборок, журнал контроля бактерицидной установки, журнал учета спирта, журнал учета дезсредств, журнал контроля температурного режима холодильника, технологический журнал учета отходов класса Б в подразделении и др.); 2.15.Своевременно подает отчёты о выполненных манипуляциях;

- На должность медицинской сестры процедурной назначается лицо, имеющее среднее специальное образование, страж работы по специальности; -Плановое повышение квалификационной категории согласно требованиям, знание основных приказов и нормативных документов, распоряжений вышестоящих организаций, посещение занятий и конференций, организуемых в учреждении
