Обязана: размещать материальные объекты и медицинские отходы на средствах транспортировки; осуществлять транспортировку и своевременную доставку материальных объектов и медицинских отходов к месту назначения; производить герметизацию упаковок и емкостей однократного применения с отходами различных классов опасности; обеспечивать уход с учетом состояния здоровья проживающих и оказывать санитарно-гигиенические услуги; выполнять дезинфекцию разрешенными дезинфицирующими растворами унитазов, раковин, предметов ухода, оборудования и уборочного инвентаря; выполнять ежедневные влажные и генеральные уборки помещений с использованием дезинфицирующих и моющих средств; выполнять обеззараживание воздуха и проветривание палат; обеспечивать порядок в холодильниках; сопровождать подопечных в больницу; производить посмертный уход и оказывать помощь в проведении ритуальных услуг; оказывать помощь в эвакуации проживающих в случае возникновения пожара.

должна знать:санитарно-эпидемиологические нормы и правила; виды упаковок для материальных объектов медицинских отходов, правила герметизации упаковок для отходов различного класса опасности; средства и способы перемещения и транспортировки материальных объектов, медицинских отходов и обеспечения сохранности; требования инфекционной безопасности, санитарно-гигиенический и противоэпидемический режим при транспортировке материальных объектов; инструкцию по сбору, хранению и перемещению медицинских отходов; правила гигиенической обработки рук; алгоритм оказания первой помощи; график проведения ежедневной влажной и генеральной уборки палат; правила инфекционной безопасности; правила хранения уборочного инвентаря, дезинфицирующих и моющих средств; перечень продуктов, разрешенных для передачи проживающим; инструкции по применению дезинфицирующих и моющих средств
