1) Достижение индивидуальных целей продаж и перевыполнение планов по финансовым и нефинансовым ключевым бизнес-целям, поставленных компанией. 2) Подготовка, оценка, сопровождение и ответственность за все новые бизнес-планы выделенных (взоне отвтетственности) клиентов. 3) Корректное еженедельное прогнозирование возможностей воронки продаж и показателям доходов по выделенным клиентам. 4) Регулярное прохождение внутреннего обучения по текущим предложениям продуктов и услуг компании, внесение вклада в разработку / интеграцию этих продуктов для наших клиентов. 5) Эффективная внутренняя и внешняя коммуникация на русском,китайском и английском языках с целью содействия достижению финансовых и нефинансовых целей компании. 6) Завоевывать новых клиентов и развивать с ними отношения для быстрого достижения успеха компанией. 7)Ответственность за ценообразование, включая запрос цен, консолидацию, анализ и обзор. 8)Соблюдение всех внутренних политик компании,работа во внутренних ИТ системах. 9)Подготовка отчётности на русском, китайском и английском языках по внутренним стандртам компании и запросу руководства. 9) Выполнение других рабочих задач в рамках должности, поставленных руководством компании.

1)Высшее образование. 2)Опыт работы менеджерам по продажам в телеком сфере от 5 лет. 3)Опыт работы в китайских телекоммуникационных международных компаниях от 3 лет. 4) Опыт в проектной работе от 5 лет. 5)Знание, понимание Российского рынка телекоммуникационных услуг. 6) Высокие показатели эффективности на предыдущих местах работы 7)Свободное владение китайским и английским языками обязательно в связи с осуществлением ежедневной устной и письменной коммуникацией на обоих языках. 8) Аналитический склад ума; внимательность ( к деталям, людям, процессам); высокие коммуникационные навыки: умение слушать, слышать собеседника, находить пути взаимодействия, умение поддерживать отношения) 9)Свободное владение аналитикой, понимание цифр и их корректное использование. 10) Готовность к работе в условиях цифровой трансформации: уверенная работа с онлайн-сервисами и цифровыми платформами. 11) Высокая производительность, обучаемость, умение брать на себя ответственность, гибкость, адаптивность, открытость к разным вариантам решения, ориентация на процесс, с целью достижения поставленного результата.
